Q: What is the best way to place an order?
A: Due to the details involved in custom jewelry, the finalization of the order will be over the phone. You can request that we call you, or you can call us at 888-MAZZAFINA.

Q: Do you offer financing or a payment plan?
A: At this time we do not offer any type of financing.

Q: Do you give credit for scrap gold and/or platinum?
A: Yes.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Our typical turnaround time is 3-5weeks. We will provide a more accurate estimate at the time of ordering.

Q: Can I have my ring engraved?
A: Yes. The cost for ring engraving is $30. We can engrave in either script or block lettering. The number of letters may be limited by the design of the ring so please inquire.

Q: Can I provide my own diamond?
A: Yes. We do allow customers to provide their own center stone for mounting. However, depending on the value of the stone, we may require that you have insurance in place prior to us setting the stone. We can assist you in acquiring said insurance. There is a 10% setting fee added to the cost of the mounting for us to set your stone.

Q: Is custom jewelry better then mass-produced jewelry?
A: At MazzaFina Jewelry we make sure it is. Mass-produced jewelry is designed for weight. The goal is to make the lightest item possible so as to cut costs as much as possible. The result is often structurally unsound jewelry, weaker prongs, and a displeasing “scooped” look.
