We do not stock inventory of any items. Each piece of jewelry is made to order. Because of this, we do not typically offer refunds. However, every effort will be made to ensure that you receive exactly what you requested. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with an item(s), we will make every effort to resolve the situation to your approval. Please do contact us if you are unsatisfied with your jewelry. We will listen, educate, and make suggestions on how best to resolve any issues. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Return Policy for Diamonds
We guarantee that all diamonds purchased through MazzaFina Jewelry match the accompanying certificate. We will email you a copy of the diamond certificate for your approval prior to purchase. We typically do not ship diamonds for approval since diamond grading is highly standardized and it is easy to communicate quality, but we will upon request. There are no refunds on diamonds, so please request to see it if you are unsure.
